What if I am not in?
No worries - our courier will get in touch to find a safe place to leave the box, and don't stress it's insulated and will be in perfect condition when you arrive home.

Our entire process is designed to make feeding your dog the highest quality food - simple! Just take out the following days meal and pop it in the fridge overnight to defrost. Open and serve and enjoy watching your dog love its food again!
